This new studio/lab is great. I am amazed at the advantages it has:
-I discover all manner of useful electrical appliances that seem custom-made for mixing plaster and slurries.
-The counters are strong and nice and level.
-The drawers of full of all kinds of stainless steel tools.
-The cupboards have all sorts of containers, wraps and bags for mixing, measuring, packaging and storing things.
-It has a nice drier, dehydrator, dust collector, tool washer and storage area.
-The whole studio seems to be self-cleaning and it comes with a caretaker that is super friendly and helpful.
-It has directly-connected rest and relaxation rooms, a nerd-nook where I have three 3D printers and three CAD workstations going (Linux, Windows, Mac) and an administration and development office (with a big TV in the corner).
However, this studio/lab has an issue or two: There are often food items in the way of working as efficiently as I want. And I have to go outside if I am going to do anything that makes dust.
