The Andafrac group of mineral products consists of high highly beneficiated Andalusite/Pyrophyllite ores of the best grade available. These products range from coarse grain down to pulverized powders. Volume stability, low hot load deformation and low thermal expansion are characteristic of the high beneficiated ores. The many applications for these products include plastics, castables, kiln car refractories and furnace slag parting compounds.

Three versions are available and they have the same chemistry.
4201 is the coarsest with 53% on 8 mesh.
2001 is dry milled and magnetically separated and is the finest with 4% on 200 mesh. It has a much lower bulk density.
0071 has 65% on 20 mesh.
